Sasha Wilson

I am an ARC DECRA Fellow and Senior Research Fellow. I lead the Environmental Geochemistry Experimental Laboratory at Monash University.

I am a low-temperature geochemist specialised in environmental mineralogy. I’m currently working on a variety of research projects involving CO2 sequestration in minerals, safe extraction of heavy metals and radionuclides during mineral processing and mine site reclaimation, and astrobiological exploration of the solar system.

I invite applications from academically excellent, highly motivated and creative students with an interest in pursuing PhD research in these topics.
